The who, what, and by when
The plan for PageUp Training centers around two key elements:
1. Providing multiple levels of support and practice, including 1:1 support for frequent users and senior leaders
2. Narrowing each person's focus so they learn only what they need to know based on role

May 6 to June 7
​HRM to conduct introductory high level Welcome to PageUp group webinars with all users to review:
  • Why PageUp?
  • Key benefits and features
  • What about People Admin?
  • The training plan and schedule
  • Support after go-live
June 10 to July 20
​HRM to conduct in person training for Key Contacts on the entire process A to Z.  HRM will also lead PageUp 101 webinars for all users on the four key things everyone needs to know:
  • logging-in
  • using the dashboard
  • reviewing resumes
  • changing a candidate's status
August 5 to October 31
HRM Trainers work with Key Contacts and Recommended Users 1:1 to input first position

HRM to also:
  • Post versions of webinars  for general population
  • Provide daily office hours
  • Post self paced guides
November 1+
Ongoing support handled by Talent Acquisition
