Approval Process: Position Description
This is a significant change from NU’s current system, People Admin.  In PageUp, any declined approval returns the process to step one in the approval process.  This is to ensure that all key stakeholders have an opportunity to re-review the position.

• The reason for declining
 the position description is sent via email to the originator.
• When declining a position description, enter the specific changes necessary into the Notes section.
• Finally, people are NOT automatically notified when information is entered into Notes.
